Hello TESC U14 Girls Families,
I received a majority of responses back regarding players emails, etc... Just missing a few more... If you haven't responded to my last email please do so ASAP. The players should download the TESC APP as well since their emails are now connected to the website. I plan to use this platform in the short term to connect with players/parents.
Here are my thoughts for this week... Players should do this workout 2 x this week...
Monday or Tuesday and Thursday or Friday - perform soccer activities in or around the house:
Warm UP - normal FIFA - 11 team dynamic warm up - 8-10 minutes
Juggling - 10 minutes using various body parts, etc... - be creative!!
Ball Mastery - use the following link/youtube as a work out:
Monday or Tuesday - 7 x 50 yard sprints with 50 second rest in between. Sidewalk/driveway would be fine too.
Thursday or Friday - 2-3 mile jog with a sibling or parent.
Wednesday, April 8th - Plan to have a Zoom On-LINE session with the players in the evening for 15-20 minutes - Time would be around 5:30 PM. I will send out a link on Wednesday morning with that information for everyone to join. Just to check-in, Feedback, say Hi to everyone, etc...
